Berths
West Park Marina has a total of 592 berths (slips) ranging in length from 10.4m to 34m. Each berth has a half-length finger alongside and shared access to utilities. Access to berths is electronically controlled with gates at each pier head. Marina operations staff are available to assist with berthing at any time.
Berth Types
Boats may be moored either bow or stern first but it is important to note that no part of the vessel or its appendages should extend beyond the maximum dimensions of the berth specified in the diagram and table below.
In selecting the most appropriate size of berth for your vessel, the two critical measurements in the table below are LOA and maximum beam. LOA is the total overall length of the vessel, including appendages. Column "Y" in the table is the total length of waterspace in the berth, measured from the face of the walkway to the outer pile. "Y" is greater than "LOA" because of the clearances required to ensure vessels are moored safely.
